Canada has invited Express Entry Provincial Nomination & Canadian Experience Class candidates in two different draws held on 09th April, 2020.
The Express Entry manages the pool of candidates for three of Canada’s main skilled labour immigration categories – the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and Canadian Experience Class.
A job offer is not required in order to be eligible for an Express Entry invitation to apply (ITA), though additional CRS points are awarded if a candidate has one.
Candidates follow Canadian Immigration points and are ranked in the pool based on a score awarded under the CRS that considers factors such as age, education, skilled work experience and proficiency in English or French and then picked up in subsequent Canada Express Entry Invitations draw.
Details of two different Canada Express Entry draws are below:

Express Entry Draw # 141
For Provincial Nomination Program
Invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence were issued to provincial nomination program candidates with Comprehensive Ranking Scores (CRS) as low as 698.
Several Express Entry-aligned provincial nomination streams also have lower CRS requirements compared to all-program federal draws.
A provincial nomination results in an additional 600 CRS points and effectively guarantees an invitation to apply for Canadian permanent residence.
In order to be considered for a nomination through most Express Entry-aligned provincial streams, the first step is to submit an Express Entry profile.
Statistics are mentioned below:
Number of invitations issued: 606
Rank required to be invited to apply: 606th or above

Tie-breaking rule: December 18, 2019 at 11:29:51 UTC
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
